HHM Core Clients Terms of Use Effective date: November 2, 2026

These terms are an agreement between HHM Custom Homes LLC ("HHM", "we") and the business that installs HHM Core Clients ("you"). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.

  1. The service. HHM Core Clients lets you share selected records from your HighLevel account with your own clients through private links. We may update features at any time.
  2. Your account and data. You are responsible for the HighLevel account the app is installed in, for the records you choose to share, and for having the right to share them with your clients. You own your data. We use it only to run the app for you.
  3. Client links. Each link shows one client's records. You are responsible for sending links to the right person and turning off links that should no longer work.
  4. HHM add-ons. Add-ons are billed per lookup at the price shown on each add-on, only after you switch it on, up to the monthly spending cap you set. Add-on data comes from licensed and public data sources and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.
  5. Fees. Paid plans are billed monthly per sub-account through HighLevel. Trials, cancellations and refunds follow the plan shown at install. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  6. Acceptable use. You may not use the app to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited messages, or to share data you are not allowed to share.
  7. Our intellectual property. The app, its code, design, presets and name belong to HHM. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer or create a competing product from it, or remove its notices.
  8. No warranty. The app is provided "as is". Data shown comes from your HighLevel account and outside providers and may be delayed or incomplete. Estimates such as property value, weather and permits are informational only.
  9. Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, HHM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
  10. Ending use. You can uninstall at any time; uninstalling deletes your settings, links and stored keys. We may suspend use that breaks these terms.
  11. Governing law. South Carolina law applies, and disputes go to the courts of South Carolina.
