HHM Core Clients Privacy Policy Effective date: November 2, 2026

HHM Custom Homes LLC ("HHM") runs HHM Core Clients. This policy explains what the app handles and why.

What we handle - From your HighLevel account, with your permission: contacts, opportunities and pipeline stages, appointments, invoices, estimates, documents and contracts, and custom fields you select. - Settings you enter: business name, logo, colors, contact details, stage names, FAQ text and add-on choices. - Activity: when a client link is opened, invoices viewed, messages and feedback sent.

How we use it Only to show each client their own records, send messages you choose to send, show you activity and notifications, and run the add-ons you turn on. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it - Your clients see only their own records through their private link. - Data sources behind HHM add-ons receive only what an add-on needs (for example a job address for weather or property data), and only when you turn that add-on on. - HHM AI features use only the records needed to draft an update or answer one client's question. - HighLevel hosts the app and its database.

Security Client links are long random codes stored scrambled (hashed). Every request checks the link and loads only that client's records. Links can be turned off instantly, and requests are rate-limited.

Keeping and deleting Cached outside data is kept for up to 24 hours. When you uninstall, your settings, links, stored keys and activity are deleted.

Your choices You control which sections clients see, which add-ons run, your monthly add-on spending cap, and whether AI is on. Clients can ask you to turn off their link.
